MURDER MILE MEMBERS ONLY

What is Murder Mile Membership? 
It's a unique opportunity  to join us for training an for events.  All fees go back into the trail and property to provide a better training experience and to purchase tools for maintenance and upkeep. This special opportunity gets you also 3rd tier priority selection for Mid-State & Tennessee Mile.  Which is perfect for those who cannot join us in December to gain 2nd tier priority selection. 
 

BOOKING POLICY

All members planning to join must RSVP at least 12 hours in advance. Any empty sessions will be canceled. If you are unable to attend you must cancel your booking ASAP. Repeat no shows will lose privileges and will NOT receive a refund.

 

 Currently we are offering about 75 hours a month of open trail running and training sessions. 20-25 hours will be available each week for booking. Special hours may be available upon request.

 

YOU MUST RSVP! Do not just show up. 

 

If there are no RSVPs we will not be there. This is private property and you must be accompanied by one us.

If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we will reschedule available hours for another day.

OPEN TRAIL

Unlimited enjoyment of open trail time and training to run any direction or pace you’d like.

The last booking time of that day will only be for up to 2 hours.

Up to 2 hours of Hill Repeats On Machete & Widows Row.

With over 500 feet of elevation gain per mile this is sure to kill your quads.

VERT-ually IMPOSSIBLE

Up to 2 hours of hill repeats on Myers March

With over 600 feet of vertical gain per mile this is sure to be a killer workout.

 SANDBAGS & RUCKS

Up to 2 Hours of Rucking or Sandbag Carries You must bring own bags and rucking packs. We will have a few 10 lb sandbags available to use.
