This 6 week program is meant to make you sweat and get in a quick workout. ⭐️ Each workout from warm-up to finish should take less than 30 minutes. ⭐️ Each week has 3 workouts except for the recovery week. ⭐️ Each workout has a video link to the prescribed exercises. These are all body weight exercises and no equipment is required.
